All toto21 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are expressed in PHP. toto21 does not perform currency conversion; all transactions must be conducted in PHP.

toto21 offers various promotions, bonuses, free spins, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account as part of any Promotion are subject to wagering requirements.
